sexdoll.fr is a shop specialising in realistic dolls already in stock. Our principle is simple: to offer only dolls that have already been manufactured and stored in the brands' warehouses in Europe, the United States and Canada, so you avoid the weeks of waiting for a custom-made doll.

Each listing shows the exact doll you will receive: its head, its skin tone, its wig or implanted hair and its makeup are those in the photos. You know exactly what you are buying before you order.

Who are we?

sexdoll.fr is published by Dolls France Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong (companies registry no. 2289593). This choice places us as close as possible to the realistic doll manufacturers based in southern China, with whom we work daily on model selection and stock monitoring.

This address is our administrative headquarters: no doll ships from Hong Kong. Your order is dispatched from the brand's warehouse in your delivery zone, which avoids long delays and, within the European Union, customs fees.

The brands we offer

We select recognised manufacturers on the market: SE Doll, Funwest, Fanreal, Dolls Castle, Aibei, FireDoll, Lusandy, Sigafun, Yeloly and Zelex. Full dolls or torsos, in silicone, TPE or hybrid: stock is managed directly by the brands, which allows fast shipping.

Stock as close to you as possible

  • Europe: delivery to 22 countries of the European Union, in 3 to 8 working days, with no customs fees.
  • United States: delivery in 3 to 7 working days (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
  • Canada: delivery in 3 to 7 working days.

Fast and discreet delivery

Your order is transmitted as soon as payment is confirmed and usually leaves within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is included in the displayed price.

  • The parcel is neutral: it mentions neither its contents nor the shop's name.
  • It is entrusted to an express carrier (UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL or DPD depending on the brand), with a tracking number and delivery against signature.
  • A full doll forms a bulky and heavy parcel: delivery is made to the address indicated, not to a standard pickup point.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, this right applies only to unopened products: the doll must be returned complete, unused, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

Any return requires a prior request to customer service. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of our error or a product recognised as defective. The refund is made after receipt and inspection of the product, using the payment method used for the order. The full conditions are set out in our terms and conditions.

Customer service and after-sales service

Choosing a realistic doll is a major purchase. Our team advises you before the purchase and supports you after delivery:

On receipt, check your parcel: a damaged box, a missing or non-compliant product must be reported to us promptly, with photos, so that we can file a claim with the carrier or the brand. Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
